Isaiah Gulino received his BFA in 2013 from the New Hampshire Institute of Art.
Since then he has been living and working in Brooklyn, New York since 2015. He has exhibited both throughout USA and internationally.
In his inaugural solo exhibition in Mexico City, Gulino combines the contemporary vernacular of glitch and digital photography with traditional oil painting to render vibrant peripherals of the urban landscape so often overlooked.
Confronted with documentation of moments usually taken for granted, we as the viewer are asked to consider how a greater presence of mind could enliven our experience of the mundane.
